Hi Ioan, It is doable. You just have to make sure of a few things first. 1. Board stack-up is symmetrical 2. Step and repeat allows even number of images (copper balancing) 3. Blind or buried vias add complexity (orders of magnitude) 4. KISS is best. The simpler the better. I have requested flip image panels to reduce costs, warpage and process times on many PCBs throughout the years. It works, but you should spend a little more time in verification and probably only use with simpler MLBs.
