Hi Jim,

Another issue that you should think about is that you need to have some free areas on the first-assembled side of the board, so that you can support the board during stencilprinting of the second side. Especially when stencilling fine-pitch components board-support becomes a critical parameter.

Can someone please point me to where I can find information for implementing 2-sided SMT assembly processes?  Any information about 2-sided reflow soldering, necessary equipment, inspection and testing, anything at all will be greatly appreciated.
