Hi all,

How would you assess/how are you assessed in soldering skills after completion of your initial training. Would it be all theoretical or practical? What would you cover? What do you think of on-line learning and do you know of any web sites I could sample? Even for ice breakers and fun things to break up the re-training sessions?
