Dear all, I have been looking at websites for any information on Micro lead Frames (MLFs). Right now i only have the application notes from Amkor. I was wondering if any one can share some information (like a technical literature)on issues from the assembly and reliability standpoint of MLFs. Have any experiments been conducted with MLFs that one could share with me? I am planning to conduct some experiments on my own, but prior to that I wanted to gain a little insight into the issues handled by others. Also, what is the minimum standoff height that is required in order to ensure that the underside of the component can be completely cleaned of flux residues during aqueous cleaning? Are there any standards for the same? Thanks and have a nice day. ======================================================================= M.
