Tony,

To the point, terse, profain. I like it. For all it's worth, that's how I
try to express myself - with the two first considerations first. Then, if I
can't get their attention - go for it in whatever manner gets it.

The only problem with Richard's perspective, though I agree whole heartedly,
is that the interview is far different than reality. Though the prospective
candidate may receive satisfactory answers before hire, management and the
quality system, supposedly in place and being practiced, may dissapoint.

For sure, I would ask the right questions as a candidate, I also would ask
to examine the reality of the system and how it will affect and be affected
by that system and management's support of it, or not.
