You will need a full copy of Adobe Acrobat. (street price about $218.00) Adobe Acrobat Reader will not convert the files. Once Adobe Acrobat is installed, from AutoCAD, print the drawing like you normally would, but select the "Adobe Distiller" as your printing device. All other users who are viewing your output PDF files will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. This is a free download from www.adobe.com. Happy converting.
