Sue, If hole wall pullaway is not a defect, does it follow that it is an acceptable condition? I ask only because we have thrown away many a pcb due to the hole walls "exploding" or delaminating due to HASL stress, especially thick boards. Also, if the hole wall pulls away, what about inner layer? Just wondering, thought you'd be the expert to ask.
