Prasad I assume by "no-clean", you are using this synonymously with "low-solids". IMHO, SG is not the correct way of measuring solids content with low-solids. A little water in an alcohol-based one, for any reason (and it happens) and you are up the greasy pole. In a water-based one, SG is totally meaningless, as there is almost no difference between the solvent and the solute. Consult your supplier for their recommendations. Better still, use a spray fluxer that uses only virgin flux, straight from the can, so that you have no maintenance to do.
