Quality sucks, poor management is common issue, still you guys are number one. How? What is the real engine of the US? My answer is we have the best economic, political, religious, and quality system in the world - not necesarily in that order. Also, we all can voice our opinions and objective reasoning in a way very few others on earth can. We can "bitch" our way to better quality if we choose, or not. Here on the lunar surface, this is not so. I don't want to start a debate about earthbound creatures, and where they reside or practice whatever they do, but I want to say we all need a better voice to reach those in charge. I guess the answer is to get in charge - ok?
