Samtec has these, but be careful of 2 pin SMT parts. They want
to break off during handling.
we findly had to go 4 pin test points and use 2 pin only in center
of board or where protected
by tall components. Also testpoints atleast Samtec damage anti
static bags that board assemblies are shipped in.
