Mike, Most people use a combination of liquid latex masks, tapes and moulded rubber boots to mask their assemblies. The methods used depend to a certain extent on the method of application and the susceptibility of the coating to capillary action due to the components in question. Try HumiSeal www.humiseal.com - they should be able to point you in the right direction for masking materials.
