We collect dwell time and parallelism data every day (3 samples) using an unit designed to collect that info and we measure the amount of flux deposited on a window 3 times a week. We monitor the average reading and the range of those readings for the first two and we use moving average and moving range for the amount of flux deposited. These charts prove quite useful for detecting a number of special variation causes. yves Yves Dupuis Process Engineering Leitch Technology Phone: 416-445-9929 X3389 / Fax: 416-445-7927 25 Dyas Road, North York, Ontario M3B 1V7 > -----Original Message----- > From: Rougeux, Scott [SMTP:[log in to unmask]] > Sent: Thursday, October 04, 2001 10:02 AM > To: [log in to unmask] > Subject: [TN] SPC @ WAVE SOLDER > > In regards to SPC at wavesolder.
