Often, when using BGA repair equipment without a finely tuned thermal
profile, a few pads are left as you describe - no matter the finish. The
more balls and ball density, the more the possibility. If you have not had
this problem before, forget this stuff. If these are "new" parts/designs,
re-evaluate your profile and add heat and/or time during the removal process.
