I agree completely with this statement by Kathy.  Cleaning of residues that
were intended to be no-clean can really cause problems.  In one DOE we found
that about 90% of the residue came off, but the remaining 10% had a very high
level of imbedded ionic content.  The latter condition was much worse for SIR
and other testing than the original residue.

Things that we tested that I would recommend for you to also test on your
process included Aquasonic from JNJ, Envirogold, and the Kyzen product Kathy
mentioned.
