Hi,

we have a customer who looks for a PCB laminate (or other solution) to
manufactur an extrem ESD sensitive product. The now use FR4 which has a
typical volume surface of about 100 T-Ohm - but they look at about 1-10
MOhm/cm.

From my modest experiance normal laminate will definitly not fit since its
resistivity is much higher.

Is there any laminate with such a low surface resistivity (and still PTH-able)?
Is there any other solution? (I sugested already a condictive coating, but
they can't do that as there are too many production steps and the coat will
disturb).

Any help is appreciated!

Jens
