Our policy is that ESD smocks are optional during the summer months. Keep in mind that some companies don't use smocks at all! Problem is that the temperature is very high (35 dec celcius) and working with the smock is a real torture. I hesitate before giving the my opinion on this. I know that the higher the humidity the lower the risk of having ESD problems. But is 50% enough???
