Kathy,

We've generally had a very good experience with the 5 AirVac BGA Reworks
systems we have in house. Their a bit temperamental, but I would recommend
them.

We also use a Nicolet, NXR-1410I X-ray system. A solid unit that gives us
the what we need.

Subject: [TN] BGA and X-ray

Good Afternoon. Hope all is well with everyone. I was wondering, What is
the preferred equipment to use for BGA rework/replacement and xray? I would
like to know what equipment you are using and your likes/dislikes of the
equipment.

TIA for all responses.

Kathy
