How about just using circular polyimide labels?

I would try the peelable solder mask.  It is the stuff we use to cover parts
that we run across the wave solder to prevent them from being soldered or
filling joints up.  It can withstand reflow temps. it is pink and should
conceal the fiducial from vision systems.

The brand we use is Techspray, Wondermask.
