Bill, It could be that there was confusion with your source between spray fluxing and ultrasonic fluxing. The high solids don't always work well in applications when the equipment is meant to "mist" the flux- such as the Sonotek Ultrasonic Fluxing equipment. Spray fluxers do not require such small orifices on the nozzle in most applications, and nozzle size orifice size can be altered easier than possible on the mist type equipment.
