Keith, We've had the same Westek for 3-1/2 years with no leaks specific to the machine. We have the on-board closed loop system and have had leaks there if the tanks were not hooked up properly. Are you using a flux that gives you a lot of foam, or are you using a saponifier? Good luck, Al Kreplick Teradyne, Inc (Embedded image moved TechNet <[log in to unmask]> to file: 06/27/2001 01:30 PM pic31998.pcx) Please respond to "TechNet E-Mail Forum." <[log in to unmask]>; Please respond to Keith Calhoun <[log in to unmask]> To: [log in to unmask] cc: Subject: [TN] In-line Cleaner We currently use a Westek TritonIV in-line aqueous cleaner in our PWA department for our board cleaning requirements. We have been fighting leak problems with this machine for many years, and are wondering if it is just us, or are these machines prone to leaks in the plumbing? Anyone else using this machine having problems, if so what tends to be the problems you are having?
