Hi everybody, We start to build in the compagny a more structure programs of training for every employe on the production floor. The first part of this programs will target the touch-up and the rework. We want to have a program that include books, exercice, exams, certification. We facing two choice : developp the program inhouse, based on the IPC-7721 and IPC-7711 and our experience or send someone to a course of Registred Instructor IPC-7711-7721 and this way get a program that is already build. Our main concern is does the document and the training we reveive in a course of Instructor worth the money we pay for it. Does we can use as it to start our training programs or does we will have to adapt it ? How good are the book for the operator and the exams ?. We would greatly appreciate feedback from people who follow this kind of training. Julien Bouchard ing. stag.
