Check Printed circuit fab and other trade mags. There are usually ads for reclaim houses that will pay you for the scrap.

I have to dispose a large quantify of circuit boards. Mostly FR2, some
HASL,bare copper, gold flashing. Can any one give me the proper procedure for
disposing of these boards.
I understand that the dumpster may cause me problems with environmental
people.
