Phil, you are asking too much! If you have a system that works it must be complicated. We put labels (stickers) on all incoming materials. Each label is assigned a date and code number. The date and code number is logged into a computer data base and a person is assigned to keep track of the materials. Each person using the material has the responsibility to check the date label and request material replacement before if runs out of date.
