Scott:
I use CCI's solder mask remover SMR111. Works extremely well with cured LPI on sensitive substrates, less attack on Cu as well. In my experience it is far superior to that of OS-T 953/Enthone (Alpha or Dexter)/FL-C. I've tested/used these with minimal success. Contact me me directly and I will provide to you with a contact name and number.
