Charles As I recall, Solithane 113 was developed specifically for space applications being NASA approved for no outgassing issues. I would be surprised if you could spray coat for a space application, because you will increase the potential for outgassing problems by the addition of thinners to make it "sprayable". If you application is space related I recommend dip or brush only. If it is not a space application, then you will find much more "user-friendly" materials of a more conventional nature. First thanks to all for the help you have given and the education I receive from the Technet. I have trouble responding in kind, our e-mail doesn't always let me reply. Now the question. Does anyone spray Solithane 113 conformal coat? We are currently brushing with it, but I have been asked to spray. Is there any special info I should know? We spray manually with a paint gun or an airbrush. Thanks again ( especially my last question- soldering to stainless steel ) Fortunately I won't have to do that after all.
