Hi everybody, The advertisement for a salesman brings up a good point. Why do firms insist on specifying an age limit for a particular post when it precludes very suitable and dynamic people both above and below the llimits. In particular, an older person can bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table that a younger person may not have. Physical fitness? Look at the number of retired people in the London Marathon. Employers, please judge people on their merit, not when their parents decided to start a family.
