Functions:
Xerox's Office Printing Business (OPB) is currently
seeking talent to join our dynamic, fast paced environment. OPB, headquartered
in Wilsonville, Oregon, designs, manufactures, and markets award winning
networked monochrome and color printers. Xerox is a leader in diversified
employment to support our future growth. Responsibilities include team
leadership of the process development lab, guide process development efforts,
manage prototype printhead builds that support simultaneous projects, ownership
of one or more key cleanroom processes, tracking and improving process yields,
and supporting problem solving activities. Development of high density blind
interconnect technology for the next generation of Tektronix/Xerox solid ink jet
printheads. Develop and demonstrate performance, yield, Cpk, cost, and
reliablity requirements, ownership of process through manufacturing transfer and
ramp.
Required Skills: Minimum of 3 years of related work experince. BS
in an Engineering or Chemistry minimum. Demonstrated problem solving ability.
Demonstrated use of statistical process control techneiques, DOE, robust process
design, and process optimization.

flex
circuit assembly. A chemical background is the best fit. I want to
stress
the development side of this experience. evaluating adhesives, design
