Hi Hann! A good WEB page for LTCC's is at: http://www.national.com/appinfo/ltcc/ Moisture sensitive IC's that are tape and reeled are usually sent in a vacuum sealed moisture proof ESD bag, with a desicant and a humidity indicator card sealed inside with the IC's. For the humidity indicator cards, go to: http://www.multisorb.com/products/humonitor.html Once you get there you'll find a link that you can click on for some samples and literature about their products. -Steve Gregory- > Experts!! > > I'm helping a counterpart ask a few questions and i hope someone , > somewhere might be able to help. > > 1) Where might someone go for information on ceramic packages?
