Hi, I'm not sure I clearly understand your requirement but it sounds like you want two masks of different colors on each board surface? You could try one of the photo-coverlay for flexible circuits. Some are dry films some are screen able. DuPont has a dry film that I can resolve less than 2 mil features and Rogers has a liquid that probably resolves well. I have a sample of the Rogers and one day I will get around to testing.
