Scott, For foam or spray fluxing you can take certain high temperature film products or papers, weigh them before and after. Nortel has a patent on a system to put a certain size of calcium carbonate powder on the board (weigh before and after) and I think there may also be a patent to do the measuring using a infrared beam placed in the path of the spray. I'm sure there are other ways.
