Hi Scott, Two options I would suggest looking into Equipment Upgrade for a selective spray fluxer if you don't already have one. It only puts flux where you want it and you can control how much. A mask (custom made) to block areas that don't need flux. They're cost effective for large volume part numbers since the masks can be expensive. My old Hollis wave flow machine used pallets so it was just an extra piece that hooked into it. I imagine there are ways of doing without the pallet - finger conveyor. Now if I only had my notes to give you a lead. I was looking into both options before leaving my last job so I didn't get a chance to actually try them.
