i won't be a hardnose and ask, 'which steel?'.  so here is what you may want.  if not, let me know.

carbon steel.- 2750 deg f.
austenitic stainless.- 2550 deg f
ferritic stainless.- 2700 deg f
martensitic stainless.- 2700 deg f

by the way, these are approximate
