We've seen this caused by: * Static charge of components that are small relative to their pocket [may be winter time - low humidity - related, also.]. Seek relief with an ionizer bar over feeder bank. * Adhesive [from cover tape??] on component. Some of these were so gummed-up that when able to be picked, they would not give-up the nozzle even when the nozzle was removed from the machine. Seek relief by mugging the supplier. * Adhesive from cover tape attaches component to cover tape. Seek relief by ...
