Richard As I look at your message on a large 21" monitor containing a variety of strong magnetic fields (some with an enormous dv/dt during flyback) and a host of semiconductors, I wonder what will happen when I press the degauss button, other than send the image to hell for a couple of seconds. This is just one helluva sight stronger than that of a magnetised tool, and it's AC to boot. No, one need not worry!
