Hello,
Does anyone have solderability issues with 0402
capacitors? We adjusted our reflow profiles a few times according to different
manufacturers but so far have not completely resolved the problem. What we
noticed was no-soldered of terminal(s) at random locations, and didn't
appear to be manufacturer specific.
Any suggestion on how to approach this?
