Hi all! Thanks for the clarification Jack, I agree with you (as if my opinion counts). None of us can do it alone...well, maybe some companies can, the ones with DEEP pockets that is. But many of us need to find out where to go to get the things that we need, or some service done. There's a lot of people out there that didn't get the opportunity to attend APEX and be able to see what's available...and there are those that fell asleep in their hotel rooms and also missed out...hehehe (what's everybody staring at me for?). So this is it...the TechNet (and the crowd goes wild!!!) As long as it's not a out-and-out commercial (within the guidelines that you set forth), I think it's a good thing to encourage the kind of input that Jeff Ferry made As to my situation, you may remember my posts recently asking about BGA underfill. We might possibly get some business that may require this. But seeing how it's just for one assembly (not high volume BTW), and one customer, it's hard to justify the capital needed to do this in-house. Does anybody know who might do this as a service? Thanks! -Steve Gregory- << Unsolicited sales msgs that aren't related to any discussion topics are not appropriate. Members of the forum have indicated that source info in responce to questions is desired. In response to questions it is acceptable to state that "we can assist you with your needs, contact us off line for more info." (or provide pointers to web sites) It is acceptable to provide EXTENDED info directly to the requester (after all, they asked for it) but NOT to the forum as a whole. It is not appropriate to state "we can supply the best machine on the market for this the ACME Machine Model 21002 that we sell for $359 plus you get three years warranty, etc etc." Hope this helps.
