I was wondering if anyone has had any experiences the could share with the following. We have a new pcb design in the form of an array with several breakaway boards within. When the boards are seperated, it has four castillations, one one each of the four sides. The castillations are required to be gold plated. My question is whether, when the boards are broken away from the array, will the plating on the castillations tear from the board since the board will be V-scored. Any input would be most appreciated. Thank you. Best Regards, Mark Gilbert, Product Engineer FOX Electronics For Frequency Control Solutions. . .
