The non-conforming part of the lamination also depend on the distance to a
conductor and if the fraying will be a form fit or function in high in-use
moisture condition.

        Subject: [IPC-600-6012] Nonconforming Condition for
Nonmetallic Burrs?

        Hi All,

Got an issue here raised by one of our IPC-A-600F users. The
attached .pdf contains a photograph that shows the board edge of a sample
which the user believes does not pass the criteria established in section
2.1.1.1., Nonmetallic Burrs. It would appear as though the router had some
problems on the edges and fiberglass fibers are now falling off the edges.

Does this provide sufficient information in order to obtain a
consensus from this group on the pass/fail issue?

        Best Regards,
