Hello Stephen; I have just recently signed into the TechNet, and didn't see your original request. As in our case, we are governed by the requirements of our in house quality system, (or contract specific requirements) as to retention of process, or any other product related data. In our case, it is three years minimum, unless extended by contract, after shipment of product. Hopefully this will give you some help. I have not recieved any answers. To me that indicates that none exist, Jedec, IPC, Bellcore or otherwise.
