One issue to consider with untreated concrete floors is the consistency (control) of the
resistivity of your floor.  The resistivity of some concrete floors changes during the year
depending on the level of the water table below the floor and the hydroscopic nature of
concrete in absorbing the water from the ground and humidity from the air.
