We have been using .125 tooling holes for quite awhile, but just discovered our Fuji machines use 3mm pins. There was some discussion about what size tooling hole is "best", so I figured I would ask you guys. (what size in decimal with WHAT TOLERANCE?) Jack (still the new guy, it seems) >> Hi Jack! If you have .125" holes in all your boards, I think it would be easier to get some tooling pins that match your boards rather than have to go and change all your board designs. Fuji tooling pins are changable, it's just a matter of loosening a set-screw and putting a new pin in...any competent machine shop should be able to make them for you.
