Perfect Test measures rotation, shift, and distortion of each individual innerlayer within a package. Using the system, you can replot innerlayers so that after all processing, the layers will more closely match design dimensions. In addition, statistics are provided which helps to eliminate "future" dimensional changes on designs using the same construction materials and stack-up. The system is also very good at helping to identify weaknesses in a fabricator's tooling system and process by spotting differences within the same lot of boards.
