I don't know if you know, but there's two types of chip resistor networks.
What I call a "innie" and a "outie". The "outie" has what looks like leads
for the terminations, like my ascii drawing below:

|_   _   _   _   _|
  )_( )_( )_( )_(

A "innie" has castellations for the terminations...
 _   _   _   _   _
| (_) (_) (_) (_) |
|  _   _   _   _  |
|_( )_( )_( )_( )_|

The "innies" you can program like a 1206, the "outies" you have to program
like a leaded component, because the laser sees the body and then the "leads"
off of the body...

Let me know if that doesn't work...
