I suggest you find some backplane vendors, most of them can produce very large and very complex board (40 layers). I saw a board picture which is about 48 inch X 20 inch: Litton,Honeywell ACI,Teradyne,IBM,Tyco printed circuit, Viasystesms,Wus,Multek/Flextronics,PPC Electronics,Samina,Fujitsu,Hitachi Chemical, Yamamoto.
