Terri, I don't know if there is such a material, but what I have seen done in the past is to use the plain transparency Mylar for this application and use the anti-static wipes to eliminate the ESD potential. It seems to me the operators were required to wipe down the overlays/templates once every 4 hours, both sides. It took care of any ESD concerns. We verified that.
