Check out the previous postings on using a digital camera with a
microscope...basically just roll down the rubber eye piece and place the
camera lens over the eyepiece.  Focus the image by looking at the LCD on your
camera and adjust the microscope accordingly.  After taking your image, crop
it to show the area of interest in any image editor.
