Dear Rajesh, If I understand your definition of isolation, I offer you the following. Isolation is something that can be corrected following any varation of methods found in IPC-7721. Often it is possible to use a precision milling machine to correct for isolation. If you are losing valuable products due to scrap you should refer to this publication.
