My question is regarding wearing of ESD coats in the production area. I have visited some companies that do not wear ESD coats except at the work bench. Visitors are not required to wear them as long as they do not get close to static sensitive hardware. Other companies have you put coats on when you walk into the lobby (well almost :-) My question is sort of in the form of a survey. Does your company require coats on everyone everywhere or just on the operators and people who get close to or handle ESD hardware? Thanks, Ken ############################################################## TechNet Mail List provided as a free service by IPC using LISTSERV 1.8c ############################################################## To subscribe/unsubscribe, send a message to [log in to unmask] with following text in the body: To subscribe: SUBSCRIBE TECHNET <your full name> To unsubscribe: SIGNOFF TECHNET ############################################################## Please visit IPC web site (http://www.ipc.org/html/forum.htm) for additional information.
