Hello Cyber junkies! They just put me in charge of our Drill operation and I have my first question. Our Scale Flow Test for a lot of PGFK 2113 gave us an average thickness of 3.9 mils instead of the expected 3.5 mils. What does this mean? I'm guessing the prepreg either didn't flow enough or gelled to quickly. I need to figure out if the material is still good or if we just need to tweak the board stackup so we don't exceed max tolerance. Thanks! Hansie ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hans M.
