I am in the process of setting up a package Group C program. Group C being
a set of lab stresses used to simulate field conditions so that failure
mechanisms can be found.

What I was wondering is if there are any industry specifications, for each
package type - for example TQFP, SOJ, PBGA, etc, that lists the type of
Jedec tests to be performed and the recommended sample sizes and acceptance
criteria.

Please provide the information based upon package type.

Thanks
